Equal Opportunity Cell (SC/ST Cell)

Brief overview of the Cell:

As per UGC guideline, In order to deal with the matter related SC/ST employee and students of the college, SC/ST cell has been constituted in College of Fisheries, CAU(I), lembucherra.

Functions of the cell:

• To deal with representation received from Scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribes students and employee.
• To function as a Grievances Redressal Cell for the Grievance of SC/ST students and employee of the college and render them necessary help in solving their academic, as well as administrative problem.
• To deal with all matters related to SC/ST students and employee and dispose off in accordance with the existing guidelines/orders of Govt. of India/UGC etc.
• To hold meeting on quarterly basis and submit the progress to the competent authority.
• Any other assigned from time to ime to promote the socio-economic development of these community.
